Monkey Eat My Boob

and other Evans family imponderables

I realize the rest of you will likely find this quite adorable...

but it's seriously driving us insane!

Becket and Violette-Reine play with their silverware during meals.  But not just the normal playing...they pretend their fork and spoon are people, and they stand on end to talk to each other, go on walks, critique the food, etc.

This is what I've gathered from our silverware mini-culture:  Spoons are the "mommies", and forks are the "daddies".  The Daddies often go on walks (or airplane rides), and the mommys spend alot of time telling them what to do.  They like to discuss the food together - what they like and don't like - and often comment about "having something on your head" (which means there is a bite on the fork/spoon).  They like to go for walks when there's something on their head.  Also, sometimes the Mommy spoons get tired and lay down and take a nap.  This silverware soap opera can go on for over an hour.

Even adorableness gets tiring at some point...
